Synopsis:  In the wake of the Gunpowder Plot the agents of King James ruthlessly hunt the Jesuits held responsible.  Retired playwright William Shakespeare lies dying.  His wife Anne and a Jesuit priest risk all in an attempt to reconcile William with wayward daughter Judith.
